What do I get after purchase?
You receive activation codes and a download link for AskVideo by CritMax, delivered to your email immediately after payment.
Is AskVideo a one-time purchase?
Yes. You pay once and get a lifetime license — no recurring charges, no expiration.
How will I receive my license key?
Your activation codes are sent to the email address you use during Stripe checkout. Check your inbox (and spam folder) right after purchase.
How do I download the app?
A download link is included in your confirmation email. Click it to download the .dmg installer for macOS.
How do I activate AskVideo?
Open the app, paste an activation code when prompted, and you're ready to go. Activation takes a few seconds.
What if I don't receive my email?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don't see it, contact us at support@critmax.app and we'll resend it right away.
Does AskVideo require a subscription?
No. AskVideo is a one-time purchase with free updates. There are no subscriptions, usage limits, or hidden fees.
Is AskVideo available for macOS only?
Yes. AskVideo is a native macOS app built for Apple Silicon (M-series) Macs. Windows and Linux are not supported at this time.
